"Very quite, but breakfast need to improve, don’t like bacon in egg"

"This is a pretty average hotel. There was only one small trash can for both the room and bathroom, and the towels and toiletries were quite limited. We also found a few cockroaches in the morning near the bathroom, which was concerning. Check-in at the front desk took a long time as well. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and the to-go breakfast bags were a nice touch."

"It was an amazing stay that was far more than what we expected. Cabins are in pristine conditions and even during a freeze warning we felt warm and cozy. There is a beautiful pool with a hot tub as well as mini golf course on the property, and a small playground with jungle gym for children. There is somebody available 24/7 to answer questions or assist with anything you might need."

"This is a very good place to stay while visiting Zion NP for a few days. It is situated in the center of Springdale close to all the shops and eateries and a walking distance from the park, so if you miss the free shuttle, you can still walk from the park. Very convenient. This old motel is renovated, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and a large TV. We could use a microwave in the lobby and fill our bottles with cold drinking water. The lobby is beautifully decorated with plenty of comfortable lounge seating, plus tables and chairs. The staff was friendly, helpful and guest oriented. We had a good stay."

"This hotel seemed very clean and seemed fairly new. There were not a lot of restaurants nearby to choose from when we stayed on a Sunday night. It is fairly close to Zion National Park (about 1/2 hour drive away) so if you have plans in the area, it is a good choice. "

"Awesome property! Loved the location so close to everything and right on a Springdale line bus stop. View was absolutely fabulous and special treat was the back yard view with goats sheep and turkeys."
