This property should be listed as a motel. Sink and shower were plugged up. I was told the reason for the later than usual check in if 4 PM was to allow hikers time to check out late, but I was told to be out by 11 AM and couldn’t ask for a late check out.

The property is nice. The family traveling with us found their room to not be cleaned well but we had no issue with ours directly next door. The property is in the perfect place for visiting Zion. I would probably stay again although the rooms are a bit small for the price. Also, breakfast could have been better
