"Our two night stay at Bryce Bed and Breakfast was wonderful. "A perfect place to stay when visiting the amazing National Park. I messaged prior to arriving asking if I could have a microwave and this was in the room when I arrived. Ample parking. Though by myself the room was big enough for 3, very spacious. Comfy bed, bathroom clean and hot water form the shower immediately. Very quiet, with the rooms away from the road but still only took 3 minutes to go to the main store and restaurant in this small town. Breakfast included was very hearty, especially after a cold morning watching the sun come up in the Park. I would love to get back to Bryce with friends or family and would definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommended."

"Great location, about 15 minutes from Bryce CNP. Room was large, clean and had coffee maker. Had room for a queen bed but had only a full size. Bare floors made a lot of noise and being on the first floor was noisy from the people above us. Breakfast was good but not overly plentiful. There was a woman who served us. I don't think she was the owner because she did not engage with the guests. One reason we like to stay on B & B's is for the interaction with residents of the area, noy having that was disappointing. Having said that, it was a decent place to stay and a convenient location."

"The property itself is very nice and clean. No microwave in room but there is a coffee maker. Finding the room is extremely difficult, even with a GPS and Google Maps. We had to call the owner to find the place. There are two properties, Happy Trails East and West, so be clear about which one you reserve. When asked if breakfast is included, we found that it is served at one of the properties and it is $20.00 per person which we didn’t do because that’s extremely excessive and we have never been charged separately for breakfast at any other B&B where we’ve stayed. We got a very nice breakfast at a local restaurant for way less than $40.00!!"
