"I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"

My room had the perfect amount of space, was equipped with all of the essentials and was very clean; they even provided complimentary water and coffee in the room which was nice. It’s also a very good location and central to everything that you can think of. I would definitely stay here again. "
