"Beautiful views, fabulous accommodation & great for kids "

"This property was excellent from start to finish, exceeding our expectations. While advertised as a superior bedroom with a kitchenette, it is a full-sized, gorgeous apartment with a living room (sea view), dining/kitchen, bedroom and spacious bathroom. The host provided us with much-welcomed food in the kitchen and on the counter, after a long drive. This included yogurt, bakery bread, cereal, eggs, milk etc. The location on Phillip Island is beautiful and a very short walk to Rhyll Inlet with fantastic bird watching and views of the water. Information in the flat was helpful for finding sights around the beautiful island. We cannot recommend it more highly. "

"Really nice place. Everything was very clean. Close to the traffic outside but you wouldn't know it in the room. Lovely area outside to sit and have your coffee. Coffee caravan is about a 2 minute walk up street for a great brew. Will be coming back here when we are looking for something in this area."

"excellent stay for two nights on a work trip, cheap, no frills stuck in the 70's but thats the charm of the place. reception was quick and painless, was left alone my whole stay which i love, spent my time eating and sleeping. great to catch up on sleep :-)"
