"I arrived at 4.30pm and my room was not ready. I waited and it took nearly 2 hours before the room was ready. The staff member could not locate my room or provide access to the kitchen. The amenities were not clean and the room assigned to me belonged to a lodger, whose personal belongings were in the room. The accommodation was noisy until 1am in the morning so I barely got any sleep. There were cobwebs galore on the windows and the fly screen was broken and I could not turn the power point off as the switches wouldn’t move to the off position."

"We stayed at the front ocean view room and closer to the EV charger. The room is clean and the toilet and bath are spacious and clean. It was a pleasant stay and definitely coming back to this motel. I would recommend specially EV owner to stay in this property, but make sure you have your own cable to charge. "

"Great 2-night stay at Eugenie’s at Inverloch. Sea view from the large balcony with comfy seats and table. Massive shower / bathroom. Enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. Spotless room. Would have given 5star rating if the sauna was working. Expedia was out of date when it said breakfast was included at Eugenie’s. It didn’t really bother us too much in the end as The Locals served great coffee and breakfast and we loved it. "

"Out on the ring road with big windows onto a busy roundabout with lots of traffic noise. Good tv and aircon and adequate food prep and microwave. Didn't see any staff with self check in that was very convenient. A good stop over motel with access only for cars."
