"The hotel isn't at the airport it's about 6 miles from the airport.It is situated right behind ikea at Braehead.I should have taken more note of the address.The hotel staff were pleasant.The lift was broken we arrived, but it was fixed the next day.It spoiled our stay as we were to meet people arriving at Glasgow airport.The good thing about this hotel is the car parking is free."

"Very nice sized room, clean and all the commodities you like such as a spacious comfortable bed, nice ambient lighting and comfortable chairs for sitting doing work at desk.

"The manager cancelled a couple days before. Still have not received a full refund 3 weeks later. Really disappointed with the process and communication. "
"Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. The only annoying thing was the shower was hard to figure out. Everything else was perfect

"Cleanliness in the apartment was top notch but the entrance from the door through the staircase was not pleasant. The stairs should be rugged atleast, to give it good first impression.
The shower wasn't working or we couldn't get through with turning it on, so we had to be fetching water from kitchen each time we wanted to shower.
We also couldn't access the wifi. The password was there but we didn't know what network to connect to as there were many on the drop down and we kept trying the password on some and didn't get through, so we couldn't use our laptops."
