The property was lovely and clean. Staff were extremely pleasant and helped to booked a taxi to the train station. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Overall highly recommended. Stayed due to a event at ovo hydro and was close enough the venue.

Breakfast was delicious with a range of yoghurt and fresh fruits, to a full English breakfast which was delicious. The staff were brilliant and welcoming each morning, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was clean and fresh, we arrived just before 3pm and were lucky to get a free car parking space. Reception staff were lovely too.

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the park. Public transport easily within walking distance. Room was very clean and tidy. Check in was fast and friendly. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning was great, the food was great, the customer service was beyond that. They would always ask if you needed anything, and you were very looked after and felt welcomed. I would recommend this hotel for a multiple night stay, I only stayed 1 night. Highly recommended.

Great value for a city centre hotel at the weekend. The room was spotless and in excellent condition with all the necessary facilities of tea and coffee and hairdryer. The only negative was the small TV with very tinny sound but I only needed the room to sleep in so that wasn't a big issue. The bathroom was immaculate and looked freshly decorated and everything worked perfectly.The staff on check-in and check-out were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend for a very reasonably-priced overnight in the city.
