The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good too. The building is old but that's expected in the uk. Right next to the airport bus stop and queen station to travel via the underground or national rails. 10/10 would stay again.

Friendly staff. Room clean and adequate and quiet. Shower a little lacking in water pressure but lovely soft fluffy bath sheet towels. Plentiful tea and coffee in room. Didn't try the breakfast but good bar area. Loved the very central position, close to train and bus station links.

The hotel is centrally located which makes it nice to catch trains. Two things: 1) the mattress was hard as a rock, I toss and turned every night, and 2) took a room on the back of the hotel to avoid noise from George Square. However, I heard the train station announcements clearly!

Great location, literally attached to the Queen Street train station. Short walk to Buchanan Street with lots of shops and restaurants. Room was large with nice amenities. View over George Square which is undergoing a massive restoration. The elevators, floors (and ceilings when people above were walking around) and also the furnishings were old and creaky.

Excellent location as next door to Queen Street Station. Warm welcome from the staff. Room was a good size, albeit a little dated. Beds were comfy. Only downside for us was no power sockets next to, or near the beds themselves. Meant the c-pap machine couldn't be used!
