"10 out of 10 rating. Excellent home offered more than imagined and we have rented thru VRBO and other agencies for several years. This tops places we have stayed in on Cape Cod! We really just needed to pack a suitcase. Everything is provided (minus a vac or a Dustbuster though for quick pickups) but we used the provided brooms. I did purchase a swifter to do the floors before we left as we normally do. A short walk to Kelly Beach in this quiet neighborhood is a great family oriented beach. Our two oldest grandchildren (4yrs) were much more acclimated this year for the ocean and loved jumping the waves and learning how to use their “surfboards” that they received for Christmas. This entire neighborhood is a great area for walking, running and riding bikes.One non beach day we went to Watch Hill and the kids loved riding the carousel. There’s a lot to do if you’re not a beach person. Jamestown Lighthouse park as well as Newport. A great show of fireworks on the evening of our departure ended our week at the beach, one week that our family is incredibly grateful for considering how our 2025 began. Homeowner Eric very communicative and ensured we could contact him at anytime. We certainly would come back to this area again. As our grandson age 4 said when he arrived, this is like a hotel Nana”. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. "Loved this beautiful property which accommodated us and our two young adult children and their friends. Loved the various parts of the house and grounds that gave everyone something to do. Such a beautiful setting for making special family memories! Couldn’t ask for much more- Asa gave us a great orientation to how everything worked and we didn’t need anything while we were there but I think he would have been available for any questions.
