"Extremely friendly and communicative host. Family was visiting from out of the country and it was basically perfect to accommodate 4 couples. Loved how it was two stories with two kitchens. Especially loved the outdoor firepit (firewood provided wow), string lights, and quiet/safe neighborhood. Grill was a bit dirty and there was no more aluminum foil so we had to go out and buy but wasn't a dealbreaker in any way. Would choose to stay here again if the opportunity presented itself 5/5. "

"Overall the house was perfect for us as it gave our 12 year old girls their own room and living room on the lower level. The adults could stay on the main floor and the overall design of the house was great. "

"Asa’s home was perfect for our family vacation of 4 (including our dog), but can accommodate many more - The view was so delightful (amazing) that it was difficult to leave each day to explore Newport and the surrounding area. Check-in was a breeze as Asa met us upon arrival to explain everything about the house. The house was lovely and comfortable. It was well-stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Getting to Newport was very easy as the house is close to the Jamestown Bridge. Narragansett is just a short drive away. We also enjoyed visiting the birthplace of Gilbert Stuart, the famous portrait artist. Much to do in the area but we really enjoyed just relaxing at this lovely home. We would not hesitate to recommend Asa’s getaway and we look forward to returning!"

"The house was perfect for our extended family vacation - myself, my 4 adult children & their spouses, and some of their children. All of us long time south RI shore visitors but first time in Bonnet Shores & we really enjoyed it. Great proximity to beaches, restaurants, fishing, shops, etc. The host, check in, house features & facilities were all very pleasant and met or exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a similar family getaway! "
