"The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect. But the stars of my trip were the staff. They were so accommodating and kind. They booked my tour for me. They arranged transportation to and from airport. They even went to the pharmacy for me when I was injured. They left little treats in the room daily: hair tie, fruit, champagne, bath salts for NYE tradition, desserts. I will only stay there when I visit Rio. "
