"I adored this hotel. The staff were the best you could ask for. Claudio, Gabriel, Leandro, Juliana, Dani all were so kind and professional. Helped me immensely when I needed it most. Not to mention helped guide this Californian through the ins and outs of the Copacabana beach and elsewhere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Wish I was still there . I hope to come back someday soon. Definitely 10 stars in my book. Miss you guys already. Book it."
