"The location is wonderful, the view is incredible, staff are nice, the only problem is some staff cannot speak English which would be problematic sometimes. In iverall I would highly recommed this hotel to all tourists who want to visitt Rio and prefer to be in safe and nice neighberhood."

Nicolas at the reception was very helpful and accommodating, Leonardo at the restaurant remembered what we wanted to drink and was so kind and attentive during our stay, Matheus, the bell boy, was very helpful and Pedro, at the pool bar, was friendly and provided us an excellent service late night.
