"Great hotel, fantastic location, just steps away from the Old Port. Well-run with friendly staff. Excellent deal for the price. Rooms are larger than expected. Lots of great restaurants nearby."
"Location was great. The view was great. The room was very small. Accessibility was horrible. Hotel details say it has an elevator but do not say that it starts one floor up. So DO NOT stay here if you have mobility or other disabilities. "

10/10 Excellent
"This is a very nice property , spacious , quiet with comfortable beds. It’s very nice inside and well kept. Good location to dining and sight seeing. Staff is very friendly and helpful"
"We liked the size of the room, the bar and restaurant, which both had outdoor areas. Free shuttle to the airport and even though we left at 4 am, there was juice, coffee and pastries for us!
We were right next to the elevator and that proved to be a bit noisy in the night. "
"A charming property which is a little oasis in an otherwise residential/industrial neighbourhood. The property is gorgeously presented despite its age and is overall well maintained.
Giles and Luisa, the owners, were incredibly welcoming and friendly - as were any staff with whom we interacted.
The room was equipped as standard with air con, fridge, safe, towels, toiletries and tea making facilities - everything was of good quality.
During our (summer) stay, the weather was hot so only a sheet was provided, but I’m sure blankets would be available at other times.
The pool and surrounding area were well maintained and excellent for some summer sunbathing and swimming.
There is not much to see or do outside the property walls unless you have a car or taxi - but it is very well situated for the airport - a 12-minute taxi away.
We would gladly stay again!"
"Très bon hôtel avec petit déjeuner. Prêt de gare Saint-Charles où vous pouvez trouver l’autobus qui va à l'aéroport, station de Metro. Bonne marche de 15 mn environ au vieux port où vous pouvez trouver beaucoup de restaurants, magasins, etc. Chambres et salles de bain très propres. Petit réfrigérateur et sèche cheveux. Employés très courtois et serviables."
