I absolutely loved my stay — you honestly don’t need to go anywhere else. Just make a wish, and the staff will make it happen! The animation team is talented and keeps the atmosphere lively and fun. The housekeeping team deserves special mention — they clean so well every day that it feels like you’re entering your room for the first time, every single time. It’s also incredibly family- and kid-friendly. Your children can play freely, and you can relax without worry. The food is outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste — just ask, and you’ll find it. When my husband wasn’t feeling well one day, the care we received was beyond words. The staff kept checking on him, and even the hotel manager personally came to make sure he was okay. Their kindness and attention truly touched us. Jaz Elite Asteria is simply superb.
