The staff was amazing, the location was amazing, the cleanliness was amazing, the food was fresh and really good, they have multiple pool options which was really nice coz it never got crowded, the had different shows which was entertaining. The only downside which isn’t their fault I guess but we didn’t like the private beach the water felt really dirty and gross but again we didn’t care because we just used the pools instead which were amazing!!

Great winter sun pool paradise

Very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful staff. Great location, relaxed and spotlessly clean. We wanted a winter sun getaway and this was excellent, the well heated pool, comfortable sun beds and a relaxed atmosphere were just what we wanted

A great week at this hotel. The facilities are really good, with multiple pools and a great beach. The food was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the Italian restaurant a real winner! All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and I would return here without hesitation!

We spent a week at this hotel and we are very satisfied with everything. The hotel offers a great range of services, 3 amazing pools, access to a very clean and relaxing beach area, amazing food during all the meals with big variety of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always taking good care of you. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We can't wait to return next year.

This hotel is excellent! Very clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. The food options are very good and food is very flavorful. The beach is man made so it is very calm but it gets deep very soon. The sand is thick/rough, I don’t know if that’s the normal sand for the area or if it’s only the one they used for the beach. The pools are also very nice. This hotel is totally recommended!

Beautiful Hotel, Gardens, Rooms, Buffet, Pools, etc... If you wish to shop, there is a pharmacy and a bazaar in front of the hotel on the street. You can ask for a Transportation to the Airport for 18$ USD (reserve in advance). Thank you Jaz Hotel for everything!

A nice stay. I wish they had informed us of the need for reservations in the restaurant. We only stay for one dinner so had to eat at the buffet which was adequate but only adequate. Signage that identified direction to places such as the spa would be helpful The. Pools were nice and the bar drinks ggod

Good facility but….

Good and clean facility. Food is also good. Just the front desk kept telling us the price and kept asking if we pay etc for the services that we availed. It is annoying. Other than that it was a good stay.
