"Room was like a chicken cage. Loud washroom fan, malfunction sink and safe. Beach was filthy and packed with seats, without any privacy or space to set. Food is below average."

"To get the sea view room that i booked, the lady in the reception gave me a room with 1 queen bed instead of 2 beds for me and my son. Friendly staff overall. Nice location. The hotel gives you access to a beach right on the marina. A supermarket and great dining options are within walking distance. Also the marina area is great to walk around and this hotel is in the middle of it. A couple of problems in the room after I checked in but they were fixed. I definitely recommend this place."

"We went to this hotel to try it, its very clean, rooms are large, 4 restaurants, coffee shop, icecream shop. 2 pools one heated, a good gym, a lovely spa i had a good massage. loads of seating areas, all the staff are very nice and helpful, reception fast check - in we were early but they gave us our rooms, our friends had a free upgrade, mini bar first day free, water and kettles in room. We enjoyed it and will return. "

"The Jasmine resort is a great comfortable family resort. They have good selection of buffet, comfortable spacious rooms and entertainment every night. The downsides for us were as follows: Staff do not seem very friendly especially the male worker in charge of the waffles near the wave pool.
