Overall fantastic experience. Staff were very friendly and have an excellent attitude towards guests. Special mention to Hossam and Abdelhady. What could be improved is the food quality, other than that excellent experience, had a lovely time.

Very good hotel for people with kids, not for adults as very limited entertainment for them. Food is very good and the staff are very friendly. Excellent spa and massages.Hotel offers some tourist attractions as well.

Everything you need in the resort. Staff were amazing. Room was impeccable. All the staff couldn’t do enough for us - entertainment team were excellent, room service, food and beverage, Sama the massage therapist all wonderful. Couldn’t fault it. Perfect trip.

A great wonderful stay because of the great, helpful and professional staff. Special thanks to Abdulhamid at beach bar as he always makes you feel welcomed and recieve you with a smile. Also special thanks to Almasry and Ahmed Magdy at reception bar Mohamed at pool bar. And also special thanks to house keeping team who would leave the room spotless everyday. And the reception team. Great experience starting at PLM. Rooms were good and the private beach is brilliant to relax and engage in activities such as scuba diving and parasailing. Food served in the restaurants is good but lacks variety. Shops and chemist at the hotel charge exorbitantly so better to avoid them.

Great property and comfy, clean room. Staff very accommodating - Mageb at the bar and Alex at Titos dive shop were wonderful! Loved having the dive shop right there to rent snorkels and being able to snorkel the beautiful reef right from the hotel - incredible!! BUT - the hotel must do something to ensure their guests protect the reef - we saw so many people stepping on the coral and breaking off chunks. It was obvious they had no clue how long it takes for the coral to grow and how fragile it is. The reefs will be gone soon unless more action is take to protect them!

The hotel was excellent for a 1 week chill out in February. The staff were accommodating and the excursions around the area were good and also very cheap. The pool was freezing so didn't dip at all but did swim in the sea once or twice

Prima life was one of the best resorts my family and I have stayed in. From the hospitality, kindness of the workers, to the cleanliness of the space and rooms, I will definitely be returning. The food is great and they offer various options and variety. It’s one of the few resorts that has access directly to the Red Sea and is minutes by foot. The pool was cold so we spent most of the time at the beach. We highly recommend prima life. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms ♥️

Family trip, 6 persons, 3 rooms. Nice facilities, big pool and clean beach with amazing snorkling possibilities from beach. Good diving center with very good service right at the beach. Food was good with lot of options, main restaurant quite noisy hall, out side was nice.
