"Great central location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Secure parking was available but my truck was unable to fit as there are only a few stalls that can accommodate. Overall I will definitely return but I will bring my car :)"

"Stunning property with great views. I found the rooms not veey sound proof. I would get woken up from other people entering the rooms. The doors just close very loud. And the hot tub was luke warm, with it being cooler outside still it would of been nice for a bit more heat and jet pressure. But other then that the hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, very clean. "

"The good: Staff is great. The pool is great, as well as the gym and hot tub. The bad: The room was fairly dated, we had a chip in the wall and the bathroom drain was not working fully. We also had empty bottle of shower gel when we arrived. For the Fairmont, you kind of expect everything to be perfect as I have stayed at lots of Fairmont properties before and this was the most underwhelming Fairmont experience I have had."

"We had an excellent experience staying at the Hyatt. We were upgraded to a room at a higher level and it was spectacular. Very clean, extremely spacious and excellent view of the city. We will definitely be going back."

"Super comfortable beds, great shower, and nice staff. Just some details missing; for the price, they should have been taken care of (not enough robes, towels missing, room wasn't cleaned until 6pm). When asked, the brought things promptly. Bathroom items sparse"
