Best Western Premier Accra Airport Hotel

"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. One of the biggest issues was that there was no hot water during my visit, and the water coming from the faucet was brown, which was very concerning and unacceptable. The pool also closed at 6:00 PM, which felt far too early and limited the opportunity to enjoy the amenities after a day of activities. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and offered a reasonable selection of food. However, the issues with the water quality and lack of hot water significantly impacted my overall experience. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again unless these problems are addressed."

"The Embassy Garden was a great place to stay and a descent price. I will love to stay again. The host is nice, cafe food is good, I felt like I was at home. Only thing I didn't like is the TV wasn't up to date. I wasn't able to get on any app's and it was small. But if you looking to find a place to eat that is close, there not."

"I have always enjoyed staying at Alisa Hotel whenever I visit Ghana. The location is excellent, with convenient access to Osu, the airport, and other key areas of Accra. The food at the restaurant is consistently delicious, and the customer service is among the best I have experienced. Mrs. Vida Opoku consistently demonstrates professionalism, genuine care for guests, and a deep knowledge of hospitality. Staff and managers like her are a major reason why I continue to choose Alisa Hotel whenever I visit Accra. One area that could use improvement is the gym. Some of the treadmills appear outdated and would benefit from being upgraded or replaced. Overall, I highly recommend Alisa Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service in Accra. It remains one of my preferred places to stay whenever I am in Ghana."
