"This villa was AMAZING! The art and decor were beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. Alex was incredibly helpful and very responsive to all our questions and requests. He made the check in and check out process so easy! The staff at the villa made breakfast for us every day and the security guards always looked out for us. We had a group of 10 people and we all loved our bedrooms and the safety of the property. This is a must stay and we will definitely be back!"

"DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The generator doesn't work. As a result, i had to go late in the evening and book a hotel elsewhere. As a result, all of my food spoiled. Of course, I had to pay for my own transportation and lodging, not to mention no reimbursement for all of my catered food. The water doesn't work, and in rooms that it works in, the pressure is so low. You will not feel clean after bathing. It was an excuse after the excuse. Then it was call us each time it...

"The location was reasonable considering traffic, and the time of day we travel to, and from Accra. The house was nicely prepared for us. The property manager gave detailed instructions. The house is at the end of a unpaid street am I Driver had to go slow but steady overall well worth the price."

The property Manager, Steve, met us at the airport and took us on the 20 minute drive to the house where we were met by Kojo, the on site caretaker. They gave us a tour of the house and we instantly felt at home due to the spaciousness and cleanliness. "The information about the space is inaccurate. Definitely more than 32 sq ft.- possibly wrong units. The Picture and the descriptors used: Deluxe, Studio and Suite are an overestimation. It is simply a studio. Telling it as it is reduces the shock you get when you are shown your room. My balcony was unusable as it has been converted to store broken furniture. Just discard the spoilt chair and keep the mops et al elsewhere"
