"Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small"

"You actually get what you paid for. I was looking for affordable lodging for six nights and it didn’t meet my expectations. The environment is clean and the staff wonderful. The amenities were bad. Kept changing WiFi password every day . There were no outlet in the bathroom and the bed sheets and covers were extremely bad. The breakfast was policed by staff and served in a minimal quantity."

"I had a great stay at the Oak Plaza Suites. The room was excellent and very comfortable. The staff were also exceptional. Very friendly and catered to every need promptly. I also enjoyed the breakfast which had good choices and varied every day. I highly reccomend the hotel."
