The property and room was beautiful however, the towels were dirty. When I requested for clean towels. The housekeeper was very rude to me and said that they didn’t have any towels I had to go to the front desk to make a complaint before I got towels. Also, the gym was under construction, which I found very disappointed as I wanted to use the gym in the morning

This is a lovely hotel, although undergoing construction work when we stayed and with a few teething problems in the newly refurbished room (that the team worked hard to resolve) The gardens are really lovely, the pool is great, the staff are excellent! Very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

Nancy at the front desk and Prince in the restaurant provide amazing 5-Star service. They both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, very eco-friendly , lots of green spaces. The room was spacious , clean and a mix of modern and rustic decor. Highly recommended.

Stayed here in OCT with my Husband Property was beautiful. Love the greenery. Breakfast (included)was cool, little repetitive but not too bad! Love that the pool stayed open passed sundown! when i walked in room it was clean, well made but i got disappointed when i look into the bathroom. The toilet seat was horrible, off the hinge, and discolored (ew). Please update your bathrooms and towels! Thank you.

Staff were professional and respectful and they must ensure to keep it up. They shd ensure that all services are provided in a clean manner and not to do shabby work for example giving clean towels and sheets as appropriate.
