"Rugen rentalWe were very disappointed with our rental experience. The house was very cold when we arrived although the heat was on. It appeared the house had not been occupied for some while, and the in-floor heat had only recently been turned on (perhaps the morning of our arrival?) and it took 2 days for the house to warm up. It was very chilly! The dishwasher had a putrid odor after we ran it. There was old rotting food in the bottom, and pink slime on the dishwasher arms and gaskets. I...

"Professionell, super Ausstattung, super Außenanlage, super Service. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage muss man fast nicht verlassen, weil es dort so viel im Garten zu tun gibt. (Grill, Backhaus, Spielplatz, Sportplatz etc) Für Kinder eine perfekte Unterkunft! wir haben es sehr genossen"

"We very much enjoyed staying in Rurberg, it is a very beautiful and peaceful area. We enjoyed walking, canoeing and boat trips all of which were only ten minutes away from the house . The house itself was impressive and had plenty of space and we enjoyed using the pool table and air hockey table and spent many relaxing hours on the veranda using the comfy outdoor furniture provided.
However, unfortunately the house was not very clean, it was dusty and had cobwebs and the kitchen felt greasy...

"Wir sind vollkommen zufrieden mit dem Haus. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für mehrere Familien, es war sehr sauber und alles da was man benötigt. Das Haus liegt gleich am Waldrand, man kann sehr gut in der Natur spazieren gehen. Für unser jährliches Familientreffen genau das richtige."

"Anreise laut Email ab 16 Uhr. Um 15 Uhr wurde angerufen wo wir denn blieben, der Tourist-Service Sassnitz würde um 16 Uhr schließen. Wir haben es noch bis 16 Uhr geschaft !!!Wenn man die Fewo betritt steht man direkt im Schlafzimmer. Es war keine Fußmatte vorhanden, bei fast allen anderen Fewo im Gebäude lag wenigstens eine vor der Türe. Das Schlafzimmer grenzt mit der Außenwand an den Aufzug den man so leider gut hören kann. Der Parkplatz ist leider 300m von der Fewo entfernt. Die Zufahrt war...
