Now this is better. Everything is new. Bathroom are very clean, beds are firm and comfortable. The downside just the tv bit old, where the cursor is slow. But overall it’s a very nice stay and way better compared to the previous room I stayed.

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. The room was extremely dusty when we checked in as I was sneezing non stop until we opened the windows and turned on the fan. The windows were not able to stay opened hence we use our stuff to keep the windows opened. One of the beds was extremely soft making the sleep difficult and unpleasant. The pillows were too soft that we had to fold the pillow into half to sleep. The bathroom ceiling was leaking probably due to a leaking pipes from above. What is good is the staff was responsive and the information on the checking in and out were very made readily.

The room is alright. The problem I had was the bathroom was super smelly. Seems the ventilation was bad. The bed is not firm anymore, and it’s very wigly which makes me cannot sleep properly. Overall is an alright, but just the bathroom and the bed that I stayed was not great at all.

This is actually more of an air bnb style accommodation so you need to collect a key from a mailbox, the host is very attentive and sent through very clear instructions on how to access. Had an issue with the air conditioning but was rectified very quickly with no waiting issues at all. Would recommend to stay here again

Comfortable Stay with minor inconveniences

Spacious, sufficient beds for family of 5, good view - can see sunrise, good location, furniture well maintained, apartment is clean. Bed quite hard to sleep on, lift takes very long especially during peak hours, have to spiral up the carpark (giddy), door only has number lock, no internal door latch for added security.

Generally clean and well equipped, but can provide more supplies like tissue paper etc. also can mention initially we faced some issues with the appliances, which kept turning off, but it was resolved when we called for assistance and switch the cards

Fast response from host but towels provided were stained probably due to bulk washing of towels. Other than that, property is well maintained by host and everything is working fine 👍
