The hotel design as industrial style which featuring raw textures and look modern vibe. Room is stylish, clean and comfort but bit small. No bottle water provided inside the room but each floor can be found the Coway water dispenser at outside the lift and there is a sharing chiller with room number small box to store your beverages and also snack counter at beside to grabs for free. They also provide free car parks for hotel guest. Can explore lot local foods, unique cafe, shops at surrounded with walking distance. Overall i am satisfied for my stay and it worth the price.

Honestly looks better in person! The pictures do not do the hotel justice - there's a sharp eye for detail throughout the property from intricately detailed lamps along the corridor to every little utility provided. Water dispensers and the free snacks at the common area were lovely and there's also a pretty affordable bar down at level 2! Highly recommend for a short trip down to Penang.

The hotel room is presentable but there is no wardrobe. Hotel lobby is full of stones and rocks (not recommended for young & old people) & it is recomendable to make it more comfortable and at ease (for arrivals with bags & luggages), rather than stepping on stones and still need to take steps to reach the reception counter.

The room turned out to be much better than I expected though I personally did not fancy industrial theme when I first viewed the online photos. Booked the room based on positive feedback by customers. True enough, the room was very cosy & clean with quality towels & bath mat. The service by the staff was excellent. They were all very friendly & helpful in answering our queries. A plus for very good communal water dispenser which provided drinking water with options of cold, hot or room temperature. A communal fridge with allocated box for each room at the level is centrally placed besides the water dispenser. Overall, a very positive experience staying in this hotel & highly recommend those who wish to venture around nearby.

Great weekend getaway!

Great location - walkable to Nasi Minang near Caltex, nasi kandar line clear and many others. Brand new hotel so everything is nice and clean. Room was not too big but enough for 2. Parking is onsite. Plenty of plug points in the room to charge devices. Comfortable bed. The minimalist Scandinavian interior decor is very pleasing. Coway water machine is available near the lift (no bottled water in room). The negatives are - kettle, cups and spoons are provided but not coffee. So bring your own. Not enough rails to hang clothes in the bathroom. No bar soap provided but other toiletries are.

Too much "cute" and not enough comfort

Pros: Friendly staff. Excellent Wifi. Good water pressure. Hot water just okay (never more than warm but it worked). Location is wonderful. Free umbrellas available for loan at the desk. The attached sandwich shop/cafe is lovely. Cons: Bed not comfortable. Not comfortable seating. This is an active construction zone and is really loud a lot of the time. The doors are not well fitted so all the noise from the hallway and elevators comes into the rooms. There is only a narrow window in the room and a giant blank wall facing the same direction that would have made a great window and given the room more light. No common areas are complete, there are just some temporary chairs scattered about. Overall, quite disappointing for a hotel rated this highly to be so uncomfortable and incomplete.

This hotel is so new, they are still completing some renovations. That being said, i barely noticed it at all as the majority of my stay was quiet. I appreciated that everything felt new and clean. The staff are so kind. I wasn’t feeling well and everyone I met had checked in on me. They would also do their best to give you recommendations on places to go and eat if needed. There is a laundromat steps from the hotel and great food options next door if you want to eat near the hotel. Even walking to the food stalls is all within 6-7 minute walk. If anything, grab rides are so cheap that it’s still convenient. The amenities are top notch and you can really tell they put a lot of thought into their decor and amenities. There’s even a water/snack station on every floor. I am so impressed with this hotel that I will definitely stay here when I come back to Penang, I’ll bring my friends too. If i had to nitpick at something, it would only be that the water in the shower took a bit longer to drain. Other than that, my stay was fantastic. I miss it already.
