Generally the place was so-so. The staff at the reception was grumpy when we checked in. The good thing about it is that it was right next to the eating area along McCalister road, so it was convenient to eat

No smooking hotel but so bad many people smooking at the corridoor and the bed room until smell inside to the other bed room

Good location with food around

No widows. When I sleep on the pillow I smelled stale smoker's odour coming out from the pillow. Good location where many types of food are available just next door. Friendly and helpful front desk guy.

Room was rather small and had no window. Hard to move around. There was no bench or platform to put our two baggage. My Wife put her baggage on the single chair provided. I put mine on the floor. Imagine the discomfort I endured squatting down opening and closing my baggage. I am s senior citizen at 70.

Surprised the room has no fridge. Staying at the 1st floor is noisy as the room was facing the city road. Overall, stay is ok.

Budget hotel in Penang

Hotel was very well located being surrounded by restaurants and foodstalls. Quiteclose to Komtar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was quite basic but clean and well serviced, Included a kettle with coffee making facilities. TV channels were limited and mainly in local languages.

Excellent location.

New hotel with excellent location.Next to lotsa famous street food right outside the hotel and next to a 24 hours mart. Room was not big but it's clean and tidy. Definitely worth the price.

In a city center, a lot of street food, komtar

Strategic location ,near many street hawkers. Just few minutes walk Komtar, Prangin Mall and 1st Avenue. The staffs are very polite and helpfull. Room is clean though not really big but air con is not so cool during the day.

The place is strategic to KOMTAR & 1st Avenue, however it kinda far to the tourist spot at Georgetown Furthermore, there doesn't provide free parking, therefore, getting a parking is quite tough. Overall is a good stay.
