"We loved the front desk guy, Tristen. He was so helpful and personable. We loved the restaurant there. We liked that it was convenient to get to the tram. The AC worked amazing, however, you can never take your key out of the wall/ light socket because it will trip the fuse, and you will have to call down every time to get your AC turned back on. "Pros:Massively large bathroom and well-stocked-modern.you can open 2 huge windows for circulation. Room is very spacious. Only a 3-minute walk to the tram. Cons: There is no air-conditioning. Regional and freight trains are just 100+ feet away so it is noisy because you have to have windows open. Loud talking and laughing from other rooms because their windows are open. "
