"There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and in the refrigerator. The refrigerator had a strong mold smell. Water was leaking down bathroom wall from upstairs bathroom. First room they placed us was so strong of cigarette smoke we asked for another room. They had to replaced the air conditioner twice before they had a working unit. Which barely okay on hot day it struggled to keep room cool. Some of the linen had dark stains or worn out patches. The sink drain was leaking, the corner chair was pealing it surface material. There was NO contental breakfast. I'm giving the two stars because the staffing was so friendly, the hotel was pet friendly,"

"My wife and I travel all over the country staying in hotels everywhere. This hotel was by far the worst I’ve ever been into. Upon walking into the first room we were given we seen cockroaches crawling on the sink counter. The desk chair had what appeared to be months worth of dirt build up and mildew. Shower head was broken off. Curtains were broken. Air conditioner had no buttons and unusable. Cobwebs everywhere. Lamps were broken and barely hanging onto the wall. Dust build up on hairdryer and other items. Part of the baseboard was hanging off and that’s where more cockroaches were. They then gave us another room. Upon walking into that room we thought someone was already staying in there. Tv on, beer boxes in the desk chair, beer bottles and trash can full. Trash on the floor. Bed not made."

"The property was clean and at first glance we thought we got a killer deal on our 2 night stay, but in reality, the bed was so awful we could feel the springs, the toilet bubbled and gurgled very loudly and woke us up periodically throughout the night. The breakfast was worse than “meh”. We won’t stay at a Glo again."

"This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire department to help extract her because I tried & could not. Otherwise, there are OTHER ISSUES. There is a water problem that seemed to ooze out of the vinyl planks in the bathroom that took awhile for me to figure out. The shower curtain does not stop the water from wetting the floor even when the curtain is carefully placed INSIDE the tub. The curtain isn’t sufficiently waterproof. A second problem is that if you run the water in the bathroom sink, it leaks water onto the floor badly enough to create a pool of water that not only wets the bathroom floor, but passes under the bathroom wall to form a pool in the bedroom! This is room 127. Too bad. People need a hotel for trades people & people intending to do tasks, not a vacation like the Four Seasons hotels. I needed a working suite to help move my daughter. There is a need for a hotel to serve the purpose with no need of a bar, hot tub, etc. I just wish the maintenance was up to industry standard."

"I was just resting on a long layover. Super comfortable bed, nice shower, well stocked little kitchenette area. No temperature control so i was really cold but there were extra blankets so once i got into the bed it was ok. Host is on site & super friendly & interested in guests. Extremely quiet neighborhood except for some barking. Overall very cute."

"Our room had no air conditioning on an 80 degree/90% humidity day in Nashville. Our television wouldn’t connect to cable. No WiFi. When I complained, the desk woman told me the air was out in the entire hotel, offered me a personal sized desk fan, and then moved me to a lower level room. Still no air obviously and no cable or WiFi. I contacted hotels.com who contacted the hotel who proceeded to lie and say the air worked and the cable was fine. Hotels refused to refund me or even help me book somewhere else. I had to demand a hotels.com manager at 1am to get my money back. We left and booked at the hotel across the street so we could sleep."
