Room was very clean. I had misread the info about breakfast (only free for titanium club or such) and the gym wasn't open. I had to ask for coffee and towels. Breakfast, $13, was awful. Two biscuits that were hard as rocks with a couple dabs of gravy. The chef took the box and said he would "talk to the guys" with no offer of a replacement or refund. Staff was very nice but we did have some language problems.

Staff was friendly, no doubt. But I would say their interest in "working" was below par. Many things werent working, when I asked for maintenance help with issues, a blowdry, ice, etc nothing ever happened. Maybe they were overwhelmed with the storm. And they were friendly, just no one seemed to want to be there or help with anything.
