"The place was a total dunp, dirty on the inside, dirty on the outside, bathroom was disgusting. Pubic hairs in the shower I mean Terrible they don't have breakfast.Where they say they did."

"From the pictures, this property looked super cute and the price was affordable. Upon arrival, we were very shocked to find the condition of the hotel was not the same as the pictures. We were sent to our room which was located on the far side of the property facing the busy street. Once we got into our room, which we kind of felt like we were in the wrong part of town. Once in our room we closed the door and we could see a gap of light around 3 sides of it. We could also see light through the wall, where the air conditioner is. The TV was not hooked up to any type of service, no cable or no satellite …so there was nothing to watch and the staff couldn’t give us a remote to make that happen Upon checkout in the morning at 7 AM there was no one in the lobby. The doors were locked and there was a sign posted. Please come back at 9am. Other than that. It was great three out of five stars. "

"Picture on the wall fell itself, toilet seat was broken, tv was not working, staff didn’t speak English and understood nothing, so it was the worst hotel in my life."

"Everything was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude. The rooms were not cleaned. They shut your room keys off even when you paid for multiple days. Blood was not cleaned of the walls or toilets. "

"Suites are beautiful. Property gorgeous. Terrace wasn’t yet open but courtyard was lovely. Conveniently walkable to shopping, restaurants and bars. Parking safe (and pricey) in garage. Room’s spacious. Toiletries & bathrobes lux. Uber an easy ride into Downtown. Stayed comfortably with elderly parents. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was a bit worn but clean enough. Could use a bit of updating. A/c worked great. I did it eat breakfast. The reason was because there was a dead roach in the elevator. It was cleaned up after I got back on, but just turned me off of eating any food ."
