The room was easily the worst I've ever stayed in - trash from previous occupant hadn't been taken out, sticky floors, no TV remote. BUT, I would love to give a shout out to the front desk staff, who was wonderful! Thank you for your warm smile and hospitality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, however there was constant noise with people yelling in the hallways and doors being slammed on a regular basis. Unlike other WoodSpring hotels I've stayed at, there were no utensils or pots and pans in the room, and the water for the shower was at best lukewarm. I would not recommend this WoodSpring Suites to anyone.

Wow!! More than expected!!

The hotel was very pleasant and in a nice location. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the two pillows were accommodating. The location was very nice and the level of noise was non-existent. There wss a fee for items such as dishes, flatware, pots etc. but I had no need on this trip being that it was last minute situation.

Ok however the staff is great

It’s an ok property but the front desk staff was very helpful, and that’s important. The room is nice and clean, only provided 2 pillows , if you’re on a budget and want a good place this one is close to food chains like McDonalds and Wendy’s.
