Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. The area around it is very walkable and there are 3 stations within a few minutes walk.
The lounge is not large, but it is nice and well maintained. It is also on the same floor as the spa/public bath, which while I didn't use, seems like a good time to go between the two."
