A beautiful property with discernable design thoughts. Staff members have been very nice and professional. Free coffee machine around the check-in area where you will get a great view of Osaka green. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed only one night, wish we could have stayed longer.

We were only in Osaka for one night, before starting a week of hiking the Kumano Kodo, and enjoyed the experience. The hotel is conveniently situated near a major train/metro station, and a lot of upscale shops.

Staff were incredible and upgraded us to a corner suite after we had some issues with the first room. It was our honeymoon and we received a handwritten note, and some small Japanese gifts which were so thoughtful. Also love that you can rent bikes for free too, great way to explore Osaka!
