"Everything was good to us. Clean room and amneties, helpful staff and and great breakfast buffet (although a little overpriced)"

"We stayed on the 24th floor, loved the view, the bath tub was big and the shower was nice, they even provided complimentary bath salts. The location was convenient. The bed was comfy, the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking but there were 4 so could double up. The terrarium in the lobby was very pretty."

"Spotless rooms, kind and helpful staff, great lounge, ample toiletries items provided in lobby, very convenient location for those new to Osaka, Kitahama station is right outside the front door providing easy access to Shin-Osaka, Dotonbori, Shinsekai, and Nipponbashi. Within walking distance to Osaka Castle. LGBTQ welcoming and we lived our stay here. Bonus there is a great cafe and Family Mart downstairs."
