Clean and tidy. No wonder the nice hot spring facility was the key that we chose to stay here.
I can’t really fault this place. My room was spotlessly clean and pretty spacious for Japan. The onsen was great - a nightly ritual I came to love. I didn’t eat at the hotel so no comment on the breakfast. It’s close to multiple metro lines, including trains direct to Kyoto. Easy to walk downtown or Umeda. I’d definitely stay here again with great pleasure.
Almost like a ryokan. You will be walking on tatami mats throughout the hotel from check in to the room. The public onsen was clean and very relaxing. Breakfast buffet had many options, including tempura and chiraishi bowls. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for English speakers. Would stay this chain when I revisit Japan in future
We had a corner double room and it was a good size. The onsen onsite was amazing. Washing machine was free which was nice. The location is close to the metro but about a 20 minute ride from all the popular spots. Quiet area.
Onsen was great and it’s a great retreat after a long day walking. Free ramen and ice cream were great things for the stay. Family mart downstairs and very convenient location.
Absolutely love this hotel! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in a ryokan and the staff are so friendly. Despite the hotel being japanese-style, the rooms were clean and we had enough space for the two of us and our luggages. The complimentary yaki soba noodles from 9-11pm every night was amazing after a long day out, along with the variety of free ice creams. We opted for the breakfast and the selection was incredible, lots of japanese food but still something for everyone. The location is close to the station without is it being in a busy or loud area. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Osaka
This place has everything to experience Japanese onsen style hotel services. Staffs were very kind and helpful and both public area and room were clean!

Best part of the hotel is the free hot spring on top of the building ! So relaxing and quiet
One of my favorite hotels during our stay in Japan. Clean facilities, family friendly room that was quite spacious, friendly staff, great amenities (snacks and food throughout the day), and convenient location. Would recommend.
Room and staff were amazing. It was a lowly stay altogether with a great location away from the busy part of Osaka. I would say other tourists need to be more respectful, the staff was so great but sometimes the tourists would not be nice to them at all. This was a peaceful spa and should have been treated that way. I have tattoos so I could not use the hot springs, however, it did look very beautiful and clean.
We really loved our stay here - the rooms were clean and well supplied, the hot spring was terrific for travelers, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Easy access to subway lines for changing cities or parts of town.
Hotel is clean and tidy ,hot tub is good ,the breakfast is amazing , we love to eat fresh sashimi rice and tempura every morning .
After hot tub we eat ramen and ice cream
I am so happy I decided to stay here! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. The proximity to train station and other places was ideal. They also provided me skin covers for my tattoos so I could use the Osen. 10/10 stay.
Very well kept and furnished hotel with beautiful interiors. Breakfast is good if you enjoy Kaisen-don (rice with raw seafood) and freshly fried tempura.
Onsen is relaxing for a soak and popular amongst the guests. Nice to have late night soba as treat.
In a quiet area and about 6 min walk to station. Dining options limited but we ate before heading back to hotel. Loved the onsen, massage chair and breakfast. We would come back the next time.
