"Great location and helpful staff. Only issue for us was as we had luggage and stroller that we need to take out every time, we had to take stairs as at entrance there are like 10 stairs and our ground floor room also, we had another 5-6 stairs."

"I stayed in a lovely little studio that made excellent use of a small space. It had everything I needed, except perhaps an outdoor space, but Madrid has many beautiful outdoor spaces. The studio was super clean as well, and away from noisy areas of the city, though everything was pretty much within walking distance. When it came time to leave, I waited less than 2 minutes to find a taxi right outside the main entrance. "

"Great hotel and staff! The rooms are a bit small. All the amenities were perfect. The only issue we had was with the toilet. It broke 3 times during our 6 day stay. When called in, a maintenance person came quickly to repair. The roof top bar has an incredible view of the sunsets - would definitely stay there again. "
