"I was unable to donthe check in process which seemes overly complicated. I received 2 messages from host, one indicating general check in and chack out time and the other, too close to my arrival while I was travelling internationally to do an obkigatiry check in via a link that didnt let me create a password. I called and no one answered so I was hnable to enter the property. I am awating response from management for a refound or similar. Unacceptable!"

"The location and staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. However, the rooms looked much better in the photos than in reality — they felt quite worn out and in need of updating. Our group booked two rooms, and housekeeping unexpectedly added mini bar charges to both bills. The front desk removed the charges once we pointed them out, but since the same thing also happened at the Iguazu property, it did not feel like an isolated mistake. It left a disappointing impression and is something guests should pay close attention to when reviewing their final bill. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, the overall experience was not good enough for me to return."

"The stay was just okay. While the room rates are affordable for a Hilton property, the value is offset by the restaurant prices, which felt excessive. There are no shops or convenience stores within walking distance, so you are essentially forced to pay hotel prices for everything. If you book here, just be aware that your final bill will likely be much higher than the initial booking price."

"The breakfast experience was exceptional, in terms of quality and plated service. We had fresh juice, fresh yogurt parfaits and a variety of pastries and breads. This was just the beginning; as we were then order our main entree from the menu, giving us a choice of an English-style breakfast, or one with smoked salmon to accompany eggs cooked to order. Marvelous!"
