L’absence de double vitrage le rend bruyant et on peut y ajouter les aboiements incessants des chiens voisins. Les personnes à l’accueil sont agressives et condescendantes et vous hurlent dessus au lieu de vous souhaiter la bienvenue. Et la surprise sur le gâteau fut l’homme de ménage sur ma terrasse alors que j’étais en sous vêtement dans mon lit la porte...

"enjoyed my stay at this excellent hotel. Classy and understated excellence. Rooms were roomy and comfortable, well-appointed and a comfortable bed. As an older building it has a wonderful, welcoming sizeable lobby area complete with chandelier and comfortable sitting area. I nice place to come back to after a day of touring. The bathroom was spacious. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly...special thanks to Julio who provided excellent service and helped with many questions. If I return to Milan, I will definitely consider staying here again."
