Room was really big & spacious, location was great, 25 mins drive into the centre, Daniel at reception was a great host,the room was quite cold with a draft coming in (very cold at night) but other than that a good stay, would recommend- thanks

It was less than 2mins walk from the supermarket and 4/5mins from the metro station and just 20mins away from the central. Also in 10mins walk away train station that takes you directly to the airport. Area was safe and quiet. There’s no kitchen so no option to heat up the food. Room has a AC that works good also.

Good location

It was a good location, well connected and has restaurants and gelateria stone’s throw away. The market on Saturdays is a treat! Staff commented via WhatsApp, was responsive to text but didn’t pick up calls (we requested to deposit baggage before check in, agreed but didn’t pick up calls). Check in was smooth otherwise. Accomodating to leave luggages after check out. Clean and lovely space. However the fridge on the room was really whirring quite loudly otherwise managed a decent rest overall.

I like this property was on a quite area the only day that could be noisy is on Tuesday and Saturday because of the market otherwise is good and very clean. Duomo is about 17 min away when you take the tram 14 which is about 4 min away from property. I really like it I would recommend it. A lot of restaurants nearby.

Not great

Very small room, no staff on site. Very noisy markets nearby. Toilet roll and dirty towels not replaced during room cleans. Sofa bed was awful, very loud and creaky and would fold in on itself while you were laying on it if you made a wrong move. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom lights on the outside of the bathroom with a very loud fan so that if you needed to use the toilet in the night you’d wake the whole room up. Okay location. Quite a few tram stops from where you want to be.

BEWARE! 1. Check in: we were not informed well in advance that there was no access to the property until 3pm. I had come from outside with luggage. This meant that I had to be on the road waiting in the heat for almost 1.5 hours. 2. Poor service: on multiple days, the towels weren’t changed. The same one towel had to be used. 3. Poor communication: there was no way to reach out to the staff. I had to be outside for business during day time. At night, there was no staff and therefore no way to communicate my concerns. Plus, when I called through WhatsApp (their mode of communication) and sent messages, no one picked up or replied ever. 4. Bathroom: the shower area was horrible. Water clogs up and led to very bad shower experience. This is basic hygiene issue. 5. No internet: despite advertising WiFi, there was no internet connection on multiple days. I had very IMPORTANT task that needed to be done which didn’t happen. When I mentioned this to the staff downstairs, they first denied that there was any internet issue. Then they agreed but said that they couldn’t fix it over the weekend.

Vi bodde på hotellet nyligen och till en början kändes allt väldigt bra, trevlig personal, fräscht rum och en allmänt positiv känsla. Tyvärr förstördes helhetsintrycket av hur lyhört rummet var. Det var nästintill omöjligt att få en ordentlig natts sömn eftersom man hörde ljud utifrån och från andra rum väldigt tydligt. För oss är sömn en stor del av hotellupplevelsen, så det drog tyvärr ner betyget rejält. Med bättre ljudisolering hade vistelsen kunnat vara riktigt bra, men i nuläget kan vi tyvärr inte rekommendera hotellet för den som vill sova ostört.

普通のホテルと違い受付の人がいないので泊まるまでが大変かつ不安。パスポートのコピーを事前に送ったり、入り口の暗証番号や鍵を受け取る箱の解除番号を受け取ったり面倒。国内であればまだしも海外なので、初めからわかっていれば選ばなかった。海外ホテルの高騰の中で価格で選んでしまった。部屋は床やベッド、トイレは清潔だがそれ以外は清掃の対象になっていないように思った。設備はミニマム。

O quarto é bom, espaçoso e confortável, apenas o banheiro estava sem vidro do box completo, no momento do banho molhava o banheiro quase inteiro. Super seguro com duas portas de segurança. O único inconveniente é a distancia do centro, mas tem várias estaçoes de metro, trem e linhas de onibus proximas.

Utrolig dårlig service

Udover larm fra gaden døgnet rundt, var hotellet rigtigt fint. Lyst, nyrenoveret og tæt på metroen. Dog var servicen på hotellet utrolig dårlig. De første dage virkede låsemekanismen med tilhørende kode upåklageligt, men på den sidste aften af vores ophold var vi ude for en ekstremt dårlig oplevelse. Da vi efter en fantastisk aften i Millano vendte trætte tilbage til hotellet, og forsøgte at låse os ind, virkede kode-systemet ikke. Vi stod kl 00, og forsøgte utallige gange forgæves at komme i kontakt med Hotel Red Ribbon i 15-30 minutter, dog uden nogen form for succes. Til vores store held, kom en beboer fra opgangen tilfældigvis hjem, og kunne derfor låse os ind. Et kode-system er generelt en god løsning, men et sådan ubemandet hotel skal være tilgængelig 24/7! Så man, ligesom os, ikke ender i en ubehagelig situation sent om aftenen. Alene af denne grund vender vi ikke tilbage til Hotel Red Ribbon.
