"We stayed here recently for 1 night and the staff were extremely helpful from check in to check out. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel which were both exquisite. The room was brilliant with a lovely view of the lake. We will be returning. Cannot recommend enough. "

"The staff at the hotel were all SO wonderful and kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk helped us with all of our needs. From bus schedules to things to do. The room itself was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a king sized bed (which is rare in Europe). Breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"The room seemed a bit dated but some renovations had happened to the bathroom. The room was clean and bed was nice. The breakfast was worth getting with a decent selection and views of the lake available. The gym was fairly decent however some of the machines needed some maintenance due to issues with the cables when using. Staff were helpful when we had questions and called a taxi for us on departure. "

"The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town."

"Very close to lake como and the old town. Nice easy flat walk to both. Very clean and tidy. Close to railway station and restaurants. "
