Sehr sauberes Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche gut ausgestattet. Migros und Coop etc. In ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Direkt in der City von Lugano in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss.

We had an amazing experience with spa , incredible views and good breakfast.
We received a bottle of local red wine as a VIP Expedia gift but free upgrades to room with a view on the lake was not available to us . The waiting staff were very friendly and the piano music in the evening felt very special .
If the hotel provided coffee maker in the room it would make it even better.
