"For a last minute one night reservation and our 1st time in a Glamp Camp tent, we were really surprised at how extremely clean and nicely appointed it was. "This is my go-to hotel in NY Capital District. Service is usually good. However, we hit an anomaly that it was very understaffed for a busy holiday weekend (fall foliage viewers, college reunion weekend, a wedding, 3-day weekend for school kids, etc.) Check-in took a while (single front desk person), housekeeping/rooms not ready in the afternoon (room not ready for 4pm check-in), and breakfast tables were not cleared for next guests and food resupply was all done by 1 person. Still a good place to stay otherwise. I will stay again. I only post as a forewarning for busy weekends...or hope they read the review to plan future busy weekends."
