"This was our 2nd stay at Ocean...and I think we will be going back to the Hard Rock for a while. We had reserved two rooms, with the 2nd room guests arriving a day after our arrival. It was for our 95 year old Mother that was coming in with her daughter. The room was not ready until well after 5:00 p.m. with no notification....after multiple phone calls.....multiple times waiting in the key pick up line, and our dinner reservations were at the resort for 5:30. Good times. There were other disappointments, such as room and hall cleanliness and the miserable, mean girl that we had to deal with at check in....but enough of the negatives. The positives: Alexander the Concierge, Patti, Karen and Carlo at the check in desk/reservations, Albert, who was the most incredible waiter at LaScalla Fire. We love the food choices, the location, the pool and the employees there that seem to love their job and genuinely enjoy taking care of guests, and for that, we are grateful."
