"excellent stay and staff. 1st floor doesn't have much of an ocean view but are nice spacious rooms and balconies."

"We requested two beds, they said they were sold out and didn't have any. After the housekeepers came the first day they took the blanket off the end of our bed, we called to get it back and they returned with just two sheets saying they were out of blankets. I'm not sure why they took ours to begin with. The safe in our room was broken and didn't close."

"We could see the ocean from our balcony but not when in the suite. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Food was OK, al a carte was not great. Pool was clean. Enjoyed our week."

"All rooms face the Ocean, view is obscured by other buildings and the Palm Trees. Only complaint I have, the Bar across the Street on the Beach was blaring Hip Hop Music until 1:00 AM. Had to fall asleep with the room thumping from the Bass. "

"Very very nice staff very polite. Clean room, nice beach front resort, very clean garden, clean pool. The only downside was as my husband and I walked in, we were tricked, I mean side tracked into thinking that the lady that was in front of hotel with bellboy was actually checking us in and she mentioned she was going to tell us about the amenities of the resort. And bang! We fell into the 90 minutes conversation about buying into the Sheraton timeshare. We told them we weren’t interested after talking to 6!!! Six different people. That’s a little too much. I felt my vacation drifting away. Then we had to talk to another person in regards to rebound transfer to airport next day and then she starts telling us about another buying option, then we did a tour that was given to us for the 90 minute timeshare and there again another person approached about a new resort. Basically as soon as we got off the airplane, people shouting out to go with them, so overwhelmed with all of that. But the actual over all stay and staff at the Sheraton, bartenders, cleaning lady, extremely satisfied. I would just recommend, that the resort be mindful that some people just want to vacation. We were tired, and to still have to talk to people. That was not what I was looking for on my vacation. I must say they did give us a good price on tour, Los arcos. And 2 complementary massage at spa, which Evelyn and I can’t remember the other lady’s name. But they were great. Nice Spa but expensive!!! "

"View from our Oceanfront suite was Spectacular.Our Butler Jose did an outstanding job getting us medications we were short of due to Westjets delays and cartel problems.He made.many arrangements for us and found us some Canadian Club whiskey.The pools were excellent and the staff were always attentive.We enjoyed the Asian and French restaurants(food was excellent) Oceana restaurant was not open during our stay due to drop in occupancy because of Cartel troubles."
