"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay here again "

"Property was exactly what we wanted to entertain our family for Christmas. We enjoyed the large kitchen, and the family/living room off the kitchen was also popular. Eating as a family required a trip to the lower level, with our dinners in hand, to use the larger dining table.Loading and unloading was made very easy by backing into the garage and utilizing the entry door right into the main hallway. This was important because the property sets down below street level, and making multiple trips with all of our stuff would have been challenging.The deck out back was OK, but, we did not use it. The yard is pretty useless as it is has a very steep decline from front to back.Bed was comfortable in the master, bath has been updated. Bring your own washcloths and hand towels, we couldn't find any.Comments from the kids and grandkids were very good, they enjoyed having the space."

"Stay away from anything Properties by Preston. Zero customer service not even willing to provide a simple receipt."

"Check in could have gone smoother. First issue is the the address of the unit is not on the unit. Second was that the keypad on the door was not operational. I had to call the host who told me it was broken and who gave me the code to the key safe and told me we would need the use the key during our stay. The unit is very spacious, but not very well layed out. There is alot of unused space on the first floor.The unit was clean with plenty of towels.And many many closets - none of which we needed.A comfortable stay!"

"Firstly, the pictures of this place do not do it justice. It is so beautiful and well stocked and you just feel cared for in this amazing three-story cabin wonderland. The owners are communicative and welcoming and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. What an amazing surprise when we arrived and the whole cabin was decorated for Christmas. Kimberly had reached out to see if that was OK with us and the decorations just made it a perfect girls Christmas trip away!"
