"The room was clean, and the bath was stocked with shampoo/ body wash/ lotion. Bedding was clean and relatively new ( checked with UV light). Check-in staff was friendly and efficient, they noted that I had stayed there before, and asked if wanted to change my room to a room I’d stayed before ( 1st floor rather than 2nd or 3rd), at no additional charge). The entire staff respected a DND door flag."

"We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. We had a few questions before we arrived and Molly was quick to respond. She also checked in with us before we left. It’s an older home with updated bathrooms and kitchen- it was cold while we were there but the heat worked well. My husband and I stayed in the king bed that is the pass through to one of the queen rooms and the bed was firm but for me was very comfortable. The futon is on the back porch, we didn’t go out there as it was too cold during our stay. There were so many thoughtful details- like the amount of amenities to make it feel like home, kids books and a few toys in one of the rooms, and a mini “take a book, leave a book” library. The location was great, with lots of restaurants within 5 minutes and a short drive to all the Louisville attractions. Overall it was a great place for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids! "

"Amy was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She even left pancakes w/syrup for breakfast and pasta w/sauce in case we didn’t have time to go to the store! It’s the small things that really stick out such as leaving a bowl of snacks, a few beers in the fridge, a bottle of wine, fully stocked medicine cabinet in case you forgot something. She even put food and water out for the dog along with toys and a blanket! We loved being there and it was such a beautiful house!"
