"Bad smell in bathroom. Couldnt adjust heating in the room. Staff barely interested in communication. Awful restaurant. Only a poor set menu while i was there. "

"Marta was a perfect host on a brand new spot in Belmonte. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture and details of the place! We extended our stay because we couldn’t get enough of this hidden gem in the Serra da Estrela! We hope to come back again!!! "
