"I like you veything . I have lots of difficultés in comuniation and I arrive to the wrong place and no way to get I. Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. "This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."

"Rooms are very clean. Amenities are adequate. Above all the place is in an environment where ait quality is superb and hot springs are everywhere! Mt. Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. On the other hand for customers with a certain age you may need to be prepared for slope climbing. "From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. It made me want to extend my stay. Staff was awesome, everyone was very helpful from the door men to the cooks. Dinner was delightful, breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very clean from the outside to our room. The rooms are beautiful, we had the river view room. All the amenities where great & clean. 10/10 i recommend. I will be returning"

"The staff is extremely professional and engaging throughout the entire property. Each person you encounter makes you feel welcome. We were in the Fukuchi A suite and this offers the ability to choose between a western style bed or a Japanese futon. This suite in particular is stunning with its layout, the private onsen, and the ability to open and close sliding panels to make spaces more open or intimate depending on your mood. The in-room dining experience was fantastic. This particular suite came with the access to 3 different lounge spaces and we took advantage of all of them. The gardens are impeccably landscaped and are just waiting for the right photo opportunity to be found at any time of the day. Wonderful experience. The property was so big that even after a two night stay, we did not see the entire hotel. Two nights is a must especially if you have a suite with a private onsen. Transportation to and from the Mishima or Gotemba Station was seamless and on time. Thank you Bessho SASA. Look forward to returning"

"The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. There were many options for breakfast and it was started promptly exactly on time. The facility was completely adequate and the room was nice and tidy. I thought it was a fun touch that in the rooms they have prints that are inspired by traditional Japanese fabric prints. They also have ones of that same series in the hallways in the ground floor. They have little QR codes next to them so you can learn about the original fabric prints. I also appreciate it that they had spiritual books from many different faiths in the hotel room. Including a book on Buddhist philosophy. I found it very refreshing to have such an inclusive collection of books for people from different faiths who might be visiting from around the world. The communal spaces like the hallways looked like it had been a little while since a remodel. If you're someone who needs the most modern pristine Hotel you might not find this to be your favorite, but if you're like me and you care more about the staff and the convenience of the location and having an adequate room for very reasonable price then this was a great stay. I think some people who are more picky travelers might have complaints but I did not. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was relatively modern, kept in good order and had a lovely rooftop deck. The staff were very kind and it was very convenient that they spoke English which I wasn't necessarily expecting. They didn't include many amenities in the room and there was no place to get amenities except at the front desk which was closed in the late evening and early morning. It would be nice if they maybe had a little amenities counter that they left out overnight because I didn't investigate which amenities were included in the room until after the desk was closed and then I needed some things that I couldn't get. I appreciate it that breakfast was included but there were very limited options that were preset and you had to schedule your meal time ahead of time which I found kind of stressful. But that might also just be a cultural difference. I think it would be more friendly to different dietary restrictions and perhaps less logistically difficult if they just had a few self service items people could course from. They were willing to accommodate my food issues which was appreciated. These are minor issues that were really more about my personal preference than anything else. It also did seem a little more pricey than other similar properties I stayed at in the area. Although the rooms were a little larger and the property was a little more updated. It's a lovely property and staff were great. Totally a fine place to stay in the area especially if you don't have my same preferences."

"We chose the hotel as we wanted to visit the Fuji-q highland theme park. It’s a perfect location for this, right next door. Checkin was straight forward. Room was nice and clean, good shower and toiletries. Room had a view into the theme park. Ate breakfast and dinner in hotel, both were good. Lots of choice and reasonably priced. The breakfast room had an excellent view of Mt Fuji on clear days. The hotel also has a free bus outside to get to other locations. We used it to get to the lake and ropeway area. The bus took us to the station where we joined the hop on / off bus lines."
