"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. "The location is incredible! Stunning views of Mount Fuji right from the cabin. The facilities were also amazing. Two Twin beds as well as traditional Japanese futons on tatami mats. There was a nice onsen that would have great views of Fuji, however it was cloudy while we used it. The host was incredibly kind and responds super quick to messages. They even offered us a free shuttle to the train station after our stay. On top of this, they recommended a great traditional Hoto restaurant as well...

"Stayed here for a work trip. Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check-in due to transportation and staff stayed up to wait for me. Location is nice and quiet, about 30min walk from downtown."
